An Interview With Co-Founder Aleksey Igudesman


 


Julia Rhee is a first generation movement builder and a passionate student activist who has been training and mentoring students for over seven years. She graduated from Eugene Lang College of the New School, is a proud alumna of NAASCon and the YP4 Leadership Academy Fellowship, and currently works as a youth organizer with Green for All in Oakland. In her role as CEO of Music Traveler, Julia Rhee draws on her extensive experience in the investment and risk management industries. As a former pianist, she has also consulted with top-tier investment firms, and she has an active involvement with US-VCs. Along with her co-founder Aleksey Igudesman, a well-known musician, Julia Rhee has made the company's social media activities a success.

Grind for the Green and Asian Communities for Reproductive Justice are two such groups that are fostering these young leaders and are actively developing their own communities. The youth community is a crucial source of future employees, and young leaders need to be supported in order to be successful. But Julia Rhee's activism extends beyond the Bay Area's borders.
