How to Use Facebook and Twitter to Market Your Migrar Site WordPress Blog

Migrations are one of the greatest challenges a website owner or developer can face. It is when your website experiences a major change such as a: a. new domain name, b. a. upgrade, c. a. change of content and/or d. a. redesign.

While all of these can be successfully handled by most website migrations management plugins, it is still necessary to have a reliable piece of software to automate this process. A WordPress migrate plugin helps to accomplish all these things, leaving you free to take care of the rest. One of the most popular WordPress migration tools is Migrations Master. It is a fast and effective solution that automates the process of migrating your blog, website or other content.

You may think that there are two types of migrator plugin: the ones you purchase from the market and the ones you can import from the market. To avoid confusion we will refer to the free "Arquivo" migrator. Arquivo is a very popular WordPress plugin and is used by most of the migration sites. Basically, it works by creating a "ARQ" form for each post. This form contains a HTML editor along with a snippet of code that is used to export the content from your original site to the new one. The import option will allow you to import content from existing sites.

As mentioned above, one of the most popular free WordPress plugins for WordPress migrations is Migraine's WP-Merrymorning. This great migration plugin makes it easier to schedule blog posts to be imported from blogs and other directories. This plugin is also used in conjunction with the import feature of mirror site. It integrates seamlessly with the existing content locking system. It allows users to set a schedule to automatically post new content on the day they were created, and the schedule can be configured per day or for specific days.

In addition to using a free WordPress plugin like Migraine's WP-Merrymorning, there are some really good paid solutions for content locking and importing. Two popular products that come highly recommended are TwitLense and To Dos. TwitLense offers great features such as hiding duplicate posts, login errors, missing META tags, and more. To Dos provides great flexibility with regards to importing data. For example, it allows users to import posts from TypePad, Weebly, EzineArticles, Webusy, Constant Contact, and more.
